Itinerary:
Mountain Hiking & Yoga Retreat

Day 1: 
Meet at 15537 Cummings Road Talkeetna at 9am for Orientation. 11am flight to Moonshadow Lake. Shuttle flights to Ethan Lake. Camp orientation and team introduction followed by lunch. Short, one or two hour hike to get acquainted with the immediate terrain.

Return to camp. Relax and stretch with a guided yoga session. Dinner and dessert. Quiet time with an option for individual Yoga instruction. Walks, journaling, meditation, photography.

Glassing for wildlife with a glass of wine!

Day 2:
Rise and shine at your leisure. Quiet time with coffee or hot drinks of your choice.

Meditation and morning yoga session or easy walks along the lakeshore. Light breakfast. Pack up lunches. Day hike about 6 hours with picnic lunch. Return to camp. Relax and stretch with a guided yoga session. Dinner and dessert. Quiet time with an option for individual Yoga instruction. Walks, journaling, meditation, hobby indulgence; i.e. photography, reading, fishing, birding or PackRaft paddle on the lake. Glassing for wildlife.

Day 3: 
Rise and shine at your leisure. Quiet time with coffee or hot drinks of your choice.

Meditation and morning yoga session or easy walks along the lakeshore. Light breakfast. Pack up lunches. Day hike, about 6 hours, with option to climb Spring Mountain or explore Montana Creek drainage. Return to camp.

Relax and stretch with a guided yoga session. Dinner and dessert. Quiet time with an option for individual Yoga instruction. Walks, journaling, meditation, hobby indulgence i.e. photography, reading, fishing, birding, PackRaft paddle on the lake.

Day 4: 
Rise and shine at your leisure. Quiet time with coffee or hot drinks of your choice.
Meditation and morning yoga session or easy walks along the lakeshore. Light breakfast. Pack up lunches. Day hike about three hours. Return to camp. Relax and easy stretching. Feedback time. Breaking camp down. Shuttle flights to Moonshadow Lake. Return flight to Talkeetna.

Target time for return is 5pm, allowing for unwinding at your B&B, showering and preparing for dinner at a local restaurant.
